How do I install Adobe Creative Cloud site license applications on my Apple computer?

Summary

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical licenses site licenses the Adobe Creative Cloud suite for use by most Full Time Employees.
Please follow the instructions to install the application(s) on your CVM owned Apple computer. NOTE: Per TAMU IT Policy for System and Information Integrity (SI), this installer will delete all previous versions of Adobe Software (CS4, CS5, CS6, etc). How to Install and Sign Into Adobe Creative Cloud (Mac)

The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences licenses the Adobe Creative Cloud suite for use by most full-time Employees.

Please follow the instructions to install the application(s) on your CVM owned computer.




Step 1

To install Adobe Creative Cloud, navigate to the "Applications" tab on your taskbar and expand it by clicking on it. Once open, scroll down until the ZENworks icon is visible and then click on it.

When you click on the ZENworks icon, this window should appear. From here, click on the Adobe Creative Cloud icon. This will initiate the install of Adobe Creative Cloud.

Once Adobe Creative Cloud is installed, a window in your browser should pop-up asking for you to sign in. Sign into Creative Cloud using your NetID email. (example: netid@tamu.edu)

Step 4

When you type in your NetID email properly, the Central Authentication Service window will appear. This is where you will log in using your NetID and NetID password. (Note: You will most likely need to use dual-factor authentication through Duo.)

If you have successfully logged in through the Texas A&M Central Authentication Service, you will be directed to the home screen of Adobe Creative Cloud and this pop-up screen will be visible, if you would like to tour Adobe Creative Cloud, select the "Take Tour" option. If not, go ahead and select the "Skip" option.
